PepeCoin was created and had its genesis block mined on March 5th 2016, due to the political nature of a "Pepe The Frog" coin we were listed as Memetic on Bittrex US. One of our original goals was to create a NFT platform, originally the first of its kind the Kekdaq was created in 2017. A L1 on-chain solution NFT platform based upon Counterparty we had great success and the price of 1 PEPE reached 1.75 USD on Dec 08th 2017.


Unfortunately, PepeCoins' Kekdaq layer could no longer be developed on-chain as we expected, we came to the decision to launch an ERC-20 token named PepeCoin and retained the name Memetic for the original chain PoS X11 mineable coin.
Memetic will continue development in perpetuity alongside our hottest token PepeCoin which launched in April 2023.


PepeCoin will support some of our newest releases including Kekdaq 2.0, PEPEAI which will be a revolutionary solution to training and running AI models including our own ChatGPR-33. We are also working on a Image generation AI named MemeJourney which will have discord, telegram bots and a monetized web portal all proceeds from AI will be used to incentivize the PEPEAI network to continue growing.



We will also incorporate our NFT marketplace Kekdaq into a social media site named Pepe.dj, where you can showcase your NFTs and live stream your music playlists the site will have text and voice chat and be crypto & meme focused.
